Location was unbeatable, very close to Chafariz do Miradouro de Santa Luzia, staff was helpful though we didn't see much of them. Had newly renovated room that made the stay really lovely, used a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a living area and a dining area. Nice balcony for further relaxation.
